Why do I need to enter my listings in to the KWLS anyway?

By entering a listing into the KWLS, it then receives nationwide marketing. Any listing entered into the KWLS is currently sent to Google and Trulia with a link back to the agent website - meaning only the listing agent will get the lead from these sites with no charge. Additionally we are in contract with 6 other sites that we will begin feeding listing data to as well. Have your agents add this information to their listing presentation saying that your agent will market the sellers listing nationally on real estate search engines like Google and Trulia.

We have an assistant Intranet website. This allows Keller Williams Assistants access to questions and answers from all accross the nation.

We have technology training classes in our Market Center every month. You will also have local, regional and national support.

Keller Williams Realty have worked out with several vendors to reduce the cost of technolgy to our agents. Dell Computers of Austin, Texas allows us a 12% discount because we are KWR REALTORS.
