Market Value and Sold Pirce, What is the diffrence?
The zones listed below are 30 zones in the Lubbock Association of REALTORS MLS computer system. Each zone will have a 4 to 5 year history of average pric per Sq. Ft., average sold price and the days on market. These three factors are the main features needed in determing the market value of a home in the zoned areas. There are outside factors that must be considered as well, condition, location and timing.
